The Youth Connection Leadership

In any organization, leadership is a key to success. As we learned form our beginnings with the Urban Health Initiative, a systems change agent not only needs strong traditional leaders, but also those leaders who are unconventional and whose passion to help youth is extraordinary. Much of our work as an agency can be traced back to the principles of relationship-building, partnering with government, private organizations and individuals to increase opportunities for youth to succeed and old-fashioned hard work.
